COVID-19

We are presently closed due to the COVID19 pandemic, but will re-open on 17th May 2021.

In order to comply with government guidelines and to keep our guests and ourselves safe there will be some changes to our usual service.

Our breakfast room will be open from the 17th May. Guests now have the option of booking to include breakfast or on a room only basis. If you choose to have breakfast you will need to pre-order the night before. You will need to wear a mask which can be removed once seated and sanitise hands before entering the room. You will be allocated a table which will be used for the duration of your stay, everything will be brought to your table for you.

On arrival we will still check you personally, observing social distancing. Keys and key fobs will have been disinfected. If you need assistance with your luggage we will carry it to your room door and leave it outside.

There are hand sanitiser dispensers on every floor, please use them on entering and leaving the building.

During your stay we will not service your room. If you require fresh towels we ask you to put the used towels in the black bags provided and leave outside your door on your way out in the morning.

We have removed some items from the rooms to help limit cross contamination. Disposable cups will be available and tea/coffee items will be bagged and sealed, likewise for toiletry items.

If prior to travelling you begin to feel ill or if you have been in close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID19, or if you live with someone who is self isolating please follow the advice on the NHS website and contact us before travelling. Should you begin to feel ill while staying with us and you have any of the symptoms listed on the NHS World Health Organisation and/or Public Health England websites, please call us directly (01929 422805) and avoid contact with other guests.
